Add a loop
Open Media, choose Add, and select the MP4. Use it as a background in a song or Scripture slide, and set it to repeat. Menu names vary by version.
Add a still
Add the JPG the same way for a slide that should stay still, such as a title or announcement.
Pick a size
Use 1080p for most screens. Choose 4K for a 4K projector or LED wall and a computer that plays 4K video.
