Each plan has uploads that renew with each billing period: 4, 8 or 20, up to 2, 3 or 4 hours each. Unused uploads do not roll over and there is no overage charge. If you use them all, the next upload waits for your next period, or the Church Owner, who owns your church's account, can move to a bigger plan. An upload only counts once it has finished processing, and failed uploads don’t count. Files can be up to 10 GB. A Seat is one person on your team, including you.

Questions people ask
What is Sermon Clips?
A tool that turns a sermon video you upload into a searchable transcript, a summary and key points, small group questions and a guide, post text for Instagram, Facebook and X, a recap email and video clips. Drafts are written by AI from your transcript, and you review every one before you use it. Nothing is posted for you.
What files can I upload? Can I upload audio only?
One video file at a time, MP4 or MOV, up to 10 GB. Audio-only files are not supported yet.
How long can a recording be?
Your plan sets the longest sermon: 2, 3 or 4 hours, and your first, free upload can be up to 2 hours. Mark where the sermon starts and ends before you upload to leave out worship and announcements; if you skip it, the whole file uploads and your plan’s length limit applies to all of it. After the upload, the recording cannot be trimmed again.
How long does it take?
Typically about 15 minutes. Longer recordings take longer.
Can I edit the clips or the text?
Clips are cut and captioned for you and cannot be changed in Sermon Clips. Download one to edit it in your own video app. Copy any text draft into your own tools and edit it there, or on a paid plan ask for a new version of one draft.
How much does it cost?
Starter is US$29.95 a month for 4 uploads, Growth is US$59 for 8 and Volume is US$119 for 20, renewing with each paid billing period. An upload only counts once it has finished processing; failed uploads and clip downloads never use another upload.
What happens when I use all my uploads? Can I cancel?
Uploads renew with each billing period, do not roll over and have no overage charge. If you use them all, the next upload waits for your next period, or the Church Owner, who owns your church's account, can move to a bigger plan. You can change your plan or cancel in Settings, and a cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Can we try it for free?
Your first upload is free: one sermon up to 2 hours, with a free account and no card. It includes its clips and drafts. To make a new version of a draft or upload more, choose a plan.
How is this different from Sermon to Social?
Sermon to Social drafts Facebook and Instagram posts from a sermon link. Sermon Clips starts from your own video file and makes clips, a transcript, summaries, small group questions, posts and a recap email.
