“What should I expect?”
A family is nervous about walking into a new church. They wonder what the service is like, where to park and what happens with the kids. You know the answers. Church in bio gives you one place to write them down before anyone has to ask.
- In your own words. Add items with a short label and details, such as how long a service lasts or which door to use.
- Kids and parking. Mark a service as having a kids program or parking, and add the childcare ages and details for first-time parents.
- Next to the schedule. Visitor information sits on the same page as your times and directions.
What to know. You write every item yourself. Visitor information is for reading; visitors do not send anything from it.
Questions about visitor information
What can I put in visitor information?
Any practical detail for a first visit. Each item has a short label and details, so you can cover what newcomers usually ask.
Can I show kids and parking information?
Yes. Mark a service as Kids program or Parking available. For kids, you can also add the ages and details.
Do visitors have to fill anything in?
No. Visitor information is there to read; nothing has to be filled in to see it.
Can I change it after publishing?
Yes. Edit the private draft, preview it, and publish again.
Who can write visitor information?
Your team edits the draft together. Editors can write it, but only the Church Owner, Admins and Publishers can publish it.
Can I link to a longer welcome page?
Yes. Add a next-step link to any page your church already runs, such as a welcome or contact page.
