Church Media Kit pricing: what the monthly plan currently includes

A dated buyer guide to the reviewed US$29.95 monthly offer, its seven-kit allowance, exclusions, open billing questions, and non-fit cases.

As of August 29, 2026, the Church Media Kit offer reviewed for this guide costs US$29.95 per month. It is for one owner account and includes seven successfully completed full Sermon Kits per Stripe billing period.

The reviewed offer has no trial, annual billing, extra-kit purchases, shared seats, or team workspace.

Before paying, check the live purchase flow. The displayed offer and allowance rules have been reviewed, but the final Stripe price, taxes, refund terms, cancellation process, access after cancellation, and sales geography still need confirmation. Do not enter payment details until those terms match what your church expects.

The allowance also needs a little explanation. The visible "0 of 7" meter counts completed Sermon Kits. The system may reserve a slot sooner, while a kit is queued, running, waiting for review, or awaiting reconciliation after an uncertain result. That difference matters when you plan a weekly sermon workflow.

The right-hand column is not fine print. It contains facts that can change the practical cost or make the plan unsuitable even when the headline amount fits the budget.

What one full Sermon Kit means

The allowance is tied to a full Sermon Kit generation, not to a social post, design page, image download, caption edit, or platform destination.

The reviewed Sermon Kit workflow starts with a public YouTube sermon link that your church has the authority to use. The sermon also needs usable captions.

The workflow prepares editable static-content drafts from that sermon. A person at the church still reviews the source, wording, theology, facts, design, accessibility, and publication decision.

The offer does not turn seven kits into a promise of a particular number of posts. One sermon may support several useful static drafts. Another may support fewer. Your team may reject pages, combine ideas, or decide that a sensitive part of the sermon should not become social content at all.

It is also not a video allowance. Church Media Kit is not presented here as a sermon-clip editor, captionless transcription service, podcast-audio tool, or short-form video generator. A church buying for those jobs should compare video products instead.

Why "per billing period" is not "per calendar month"

A Stripe billing period follows the subscription's renewal boundary. It does not automatically begin on the first day of each calendar month.

If a subscription begins on September 12 and its next renewal is October 12, the allowance belongs to that Stripe period. It should not be described as seven kits for September and another seven on October 1. The renewal date shown in the account is the useful date to plan around.

This distinction matters during sermon-series planning. A church that prepares one kit each week may occasionally have five Sundays inside one billing period. A special service, conference, or guest speaker can add another source. Look at the actual renewal boundary before promising a kit for every event.

The plan also does not roll unused slots forward in the reviewed offer. It does not provide a bank of credits that grows over time. Plan around work your team can review, not a quota you feel compelled to exhaust.

The completed-kit meter and reserved slots are different

The account meter reports successfully completed Sermon Kits. Admission has to protect the same allowance before work finishes, so it reserves capacity for jobs in several states.

A job can hold a slot while it is:

  • queued to begin;
  • running;
  • waiting for the owner to review a section;
  • successfully completed; or
  • marked for reconciliation because the provider outcome is uncertain.

A terminal failed job releases its reservation. A retry of the same request uses the same job record and does not create two independent reservations. That does not mean every error is harmless. A job waiting for review or reconciliation still holds capacity because its work may continue or its outcome may already exist.

Here is a concrete example.

  1. A new billing period begins. The completed-kit meter shows zero.
  2. Kit A enters the queue. The meter can still show zero, but Kit A holds one slot.
  3. Kit A pauses for section review. It still holds the slot.
  4. Kit B completes. The meter can show one completed kit while two slots are reserved, one by A and one by B.
  5. If Kit A ends in terminal failure, its reservation is released. The meter remains at one.
  6. If the owner retries the same Kit A request, that job reserves one slot again. It does not become two separate allowance entries.
  7. If a job needs reconciliation, its slot remains held until the uncertain result is resolved.

This explains why "one completed out of seven" does not always mean six new kits can start immediately. The meter answers how many completed. Admission also has to account for work that is still active or unresolved.

What the allowance does not guarantee

The plan does not guarantee seven completed kits. Seven is the maximum successful-kit allowance for the billing period, not a service-level promise.

A source may lack usable captions. The church may not have the rights needed to use it. A provider can fail. A generated section may need attention. An uncertain provider result may need reconciliation. A reviewer may decide the draft is inaccurate, pastorally unsuitable, inaccessible, or not worth publishing.

The plan also does not guarantee a set number of usable graphics, hours saved, posts published, views, engagement, attendance, or ministry outcomes. Those results depend on the source, the editing and review work, the channel, the audience, and decisions outside the software.

This is a useful budgeting test. If the purchase only makes sense when all seven kits succeed, every generated page is usable, and every post performs well, the plan rests on assumptions the offer does not support.

What is excluded from the reviewed plan

The offer is narrow by design. It has one owner and one monthly allowance. The following items are not included in the reviewed plan shape:

  • a free trial;
  • annual billing or an annual discount;
  • an overage charge for an eighth Sermon Kit;
  • prepaid generation credits;
  • shared seats, invitations, roles, or approvals for a team;
  • an audio or video upload workflow;
  • captionless sermon transcription;
  • sermon clips, Reels, or podcast audio production;
  • a verified promise that Verse of the Day is included;
  • a verified promise of live social publishing;
  • guaranteed output, turnaround time, savings, reach, or engagement.

An exclusion is not automatically a defect. A one-owner static workflow may be exactly what a church needs. The mistake is buying it as though it were a multi-user video and publishing suite.

Questions to answer before checkout

Ask these questions while the pricing page, Checkout page, final terms, and product demonstration are all open. Save the answers your church relies on.

Does Checkout match the offer?

Confirm the amount is US$29.95, the currency is USD, and the interval is monthly. Check when the first charge occurs and what date the subscription renews. A configured payment page is the source for the transaction you are about to authorize. A marketing sentence is not enough.

What happens with tax?

Ask whether tax is included in the displayed amount, added during Checkout, or not collected for your location. Check the final total and invoice details. Stripe can calculate tax when a seller enables and configures that service, but the presence of Stripe does not settle a seller's registrations, tax category, or obligations.

What are the refund and cancellation rules?

Read the current terms presented with the purchase. Ask when cancellation becomes effective, whether the portal offers period-end or immediate cancellation, how accidental or duplicate charges are handled, and which rights apply in your location. Stripe supports several cancellation and refund configurations, so the payment provider alone does not answer those questions.

Also ask what remains accessible after cancellation. Subscription cancellation, account deletion, content retention, and removal of posts from a social platform are different actions. Do not assume one causes all the others.

What happens to an unresolved kit?

Ask who investigates a job marked for review or reconciliation, how long it can hold a slot, what evidence resolves the outcome, and how an allowance dispute is corrected. "Failed attempts do not count" is too broad. A terminal failure releases a slot, while an uncertain result keeps one reserved.

Is Verse of the Day part of the purchase?

Do not infer this from navigation, a demonstration, or a general product description. Ask whether Verse of the Day is included in the paid plan, which scripture source and permissions apply, and whether it shares the Sermon Kit allowance. Those facts are not settled in this guide.

Which destinations work now?

If publishing matters, ask for a live demonstration using the current release and a real connected account. Verify the destination, asset, caption, alternative text, scheduled time, failure state, and provider-side result. Local scheduling controls do not prove that a provider accepted and displayed a post.

How to compare the price with other tools

Do not rank sermon tools by the first monthly number on each page. The public plans use different allowance units and cover different jobs.

The following snapshot was checked on August 29, 2026. It records vendor claims, not independent tests. Prices and plan contents can change, so open each linked page before making a decision.

Public plan entryPrice shownWhat the vendor uses as the plan shapeWhy it is not a direct match

A fair comparison records at least these items for every option:

  • the source it accepts;
  • the allowance unit, such as successful kits, uploads, or hours;
  • static, audio, and video outputs;
  • the editing and human-review work left after generation;
  • account owners, seats, roles, and approval controls;
  • trial and monthly or annual commitment;
  • overage, add-on, tax, and cancellation costs;
  • export and publishing boundaries;
  • the evidence you saw in a live demonstration.

Once those rows are filled in, the headline price becomes one fact among many. A lower displayed amount can still be the wrong purchase if it excludes the job your team needs. A higher amount can still be wasteful if your team will not use the added work types.

When this plan may fit

The reviewed offer may fit when one authorized owner manages the workflow, the church already has public YouTube sermons with usable captions, and the team wants editable static drafts. It also assumes someone can review the source, correct the wording and design, and make the final publishing decision.

The allowance can fit a weekly-sermon rhythm with occasional additional services, provided the real billing boundary and active reservations leave enough room. Your church should be comfortable skipping a kit when the source or review capacity is not ready.

When this plan does not fit

Choose another process or product if your church needs:

  • more than seven successful full Sermon Kits in one Stripe billing period;
  • a supported way to buy extra kits during that period;
  • a free trial or annual contract;
  • several users with distinct roles, approvals, or shared ownership;
  • direct audio or video uploads;
  • captionless transcription;
  • sermon clips, Reels, podcasts, or other video and audio production;
  • confirmed Verse of the Day inclusion;
  • proven live publishing to required destinations;
  • service in a location that the seller has not confirmed it can serve;
  • a fixed tax-inclusive total before the purchase flow establishes it;
  • guaranteed output volume, turnaround, savings, or results.

A manual workflow may also fit. If one volunteer already prepares one simple approved post each week without much friction, another subscription can add more administration than it removes.

Frequently asked questions

Is the allowance seven kits per calendar month?

No. The reviewed rule is seven successfully completed full Sermon Kits per Stripe billing period. Use the account's renewal boundary, not the first day of the month.

Does every failed attempt consume a kit?

No, but "failed attempts never count" is inaccurate. A terminal failed job releases its reservation. A job that is queued, running, waiting for review, successful, or awaiting reconciliation holds a slot.

Does retrying a failed request use two slots?

The reviewed admission rule reuses the same job for the same request. When retried, it reserves one slot again rather than creating two independent reservations. The provider call may still repeat.

Can I buy an eighth kit?

No overage purchase, credit pack, or manual exception path is included in the reviewed offer. If your church needs more than seven, treat the plan as a non-fit unless the seller shows a current supported option.

Is there a trial or annual discount?

Not in the reviewed Church Media Kit offer. The competitor plans in this guide use different trial and annual structures, which is one reason their prices are not directly comparable.

Are taxes included in US$29.95?

This guide cannot settle that. Confirm the final total and tax line in Checkout for your location before authorizing payment.

Can several volunteers share the plan?

The reviewed plan is for one owner account. It does not include shared seats, invitations, roles, or a team approval workflow. Do not solve that limitation by sharing credentials.

Does the plan include Verse of the Day or social publishing?

This guide does not make either promise. Ask for current plan wording and a live demonstration of any workflow your purchase depends on.

What should we save before buying?

Save the offer, Checkout total, renewal date, allowance wording, final terms, tax line, cancellation instructions, and written answers to any material product question. That record gives your church something concrete to compare with the account after purchase.

The buying decision in one sentence

Evaluate Church Media Kit as a US$29.95 monthly, one-owner static Sermon Kit workflow with an allowance governed by seven full-Sermon-Kit reservation slots per Stripe billing period. Buy only if that allowance, the remaining human review, the explicit exclusions, and the live commercial terms all fit the way your church actually works.
